Demo video: E-invoice - Sale
Problem
When issuing invoices for foreign customers, the system will automatically use product description information in the language set on the partner profile. However, businesses need to use the language in which the current country is located when they use e-invoice services. This will cause inconvenience to users when issuing e-invoices not in the registered language.

Solution
The l10n_vn_viin_einvoice_sale module will support you to add the Vietnamese description on each invoice line when issuing customer invoices or electronic invoices for a foreign customer in the Accounting system.

1. Create foreign customer contact
First, create a new contact in the system with an address in a foreign country and a communication language is different from Vietnamese.
Note: Your system needs to use multilingual.
2. Create a product and update the sales description
Navigate to Sale > Products > Products, choose the created product or press Create to create a new product. In the Sales tab, you can fill the sales description in multiple languages.
3. Create Sales Order, Customer invoice, and add Vietnamese description
Then you create a sales order and invoices for this foreign customer.
At the customer invoice, press Add Vietnamese Invoice Line Description. The system will update the Vietnamese sales description on the invoiced products.
When integrating an electronic invoice such as VN-Invoice, S-Invoice, the Accounting system will synchronize data to show the Vietnamese products descriptions on the E-invoices.
