What it does
This module extends the Appointment module to allow customers to book appointments from the website.
Key features
- Allow publishing appointment types on the website.
- Add the "Appointment" menu on the website.
- Customer can select the appointment type, employee, date and time to book.
- Customer fill in the required information to book the appointment.
- Customer can view selected appointments in the portal.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_appointment_website.
- Press Install.

1. Activate feature
First of all, navigate to Appointments ‣ Configuration ‣ Settings to activate the Online Appointment Booking feature.
After the feature is activated, the website interface will display an additional Appointment menu. Customers can access this menu to book appointments.
2. Publish appointment types
For customers to be able to book appointments that appear on the website, you need to publish the appointment types on the website. Navigate to Appointments ‣ Appointment Type and select the appointment type you want to publish.
Here, press Publish to publish an appointment type on the website.
3. Customers book appointments from the website
To see the steps for booking an appointment with a employee from the website, you can refer to: Customers book consultation appointments from the website.
