Demo video: Helpdesk Timesheet Integration
Description
This module connects the Timesheet app with the Helpdesk app. It helps Businesses manage and record the time that helpdesk teams/individuals spend on each Ticket.
As a result, Businesses can calculate time and cost spent for solving Tickets from customers or projects.

Key Features
- Track working time and tickets processing progress of the helpdesk team through logged hours on the Timesheet of each Ticket.

- Add a project to a helpdesk team on the Helpdesk app. This is to set up a default project for that team's tickets, allowing logging timesheets for the task performed.

- Display the number of tickets being processed by the team receiving that project or another team that references that project.

How to use
Instruction video: Helpdesk Timesheet Integration
1. Configuration
Navigate to Helpdesk > Helpdesk Overview, and select a helpdesk team. On the detail view, the Project & Timesheets tab will appear. Here, you can select a project or create a new one so that the helpdesk team members can log their support time.
You can also attach Project/Task directly to the Ticket to keep track of the timesheet on that ticket.
Note: To use this feature, you need to install the Timesheet app and activate the Task Logs feature in the Project configuration.
2. Keep track of the timesheet on the ticket
- Step 1: Go to the Helpdesk app, select a Ticket and log timesheet on that ticket.

- Step 2: Go to Project, view the detail of the ticket-related Task, and check the timesheet in the task.

You can refer to the Integration with the Timesheet app article for more detail.
