Use case
- Customers come to a shop/store and need to buy a bulk of products. Before making the final purchase decision, they ask for a quotation.
- Customers want to buy some products that are not available in your PoS and you want to recognize the demand and move to another PoS.
Key features
- Convert the PoS order to a quotation with all received data (such as: product, quantity, price list, customer, tax, ...).
- Add more filters on Sales Report in the Sales app:
- PoS Session;
- PoS Session Responsible User.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword to_pos_order_to_sales_order.
- Press Install.

Convert a PoS order to a quotation
Step 1: Create a PoS sales order.
Step 2: Press Payment. At this view, press Create Sales Order to create a quotation at the Sales app. Note that you need to select customer information before creating a sales order.
Step 3: At this time, the sales manager will assign an employee to continue taking care of this customer.
Add filter by PoS Session and PoS Session Responsible on Sales Report
Navigate to Sales > Reporting > Sales. Then, use the filter to search for these two fields.
