Demo video: Sales Lines Numbering
Problem
In real-world scenarios, sales orders often include numerous product or service lines, making it challenging for staff and customers to discuss specifics like quantities, prices, or descriptions. This can result in confusion and wasted time, particularly when product names are similar.

Solution
Line numbering in sales quotations allows users and customers to quickly locate and refer to specific lines by their numbers.

Features
- Add order to each sales order, default is 0 and can be edited by dragging its order on the sales order interface.

- Automatically sorts order lines in ascending order by their numbers upon saving.

- Displays these line numbers in the interface and on printed documents (quotations/sales orders) for customer reference.

Benefits
- Simplifies information verification, especially for large sales orders.

- Saves time and reduces errors.

- Enhances professionalism in communication with customers.

Usages
First, you need to create a sale order/quotation then add an ordinal number to each sales order line.
The default ordinal number is 10. However, you can edit it according to your needs.
Next, you can add a consecutive number in the second sales order line, press Save and the system will automatically arrange it in ascending order. For example, the ordinal number of the first sales order line is 10 and for the second line, the ordinal number is 9. When you press Save, the line with the number 9 will be reordered and displayed above the line with the number 10.
When printing a quotation/sale order, the PDF version of the sale order also displays the configured ordinal number.
