Affiliate Management is an Odoo application that extends Odoo's functionality to enable you to run your affiliate program to boost your sales with no effort.
- Manage Unlimited Affiliates: No matter how many affiliates you have, the application allows you to manage your affiliate effectively without any pain.
- Manage commissions and commission payment status for affiliates.
- Basic configurations for the affiliate program:
- Create commission rules depending on your affiliate policy.
- Cookie life configuration: You can specify the cookie life according to management needs.
- Commission Percentage Configuration: You can assign your commission percentage (as a percentage of order value) to agents and change it anytime you want.
- Minimum Commission Payout: You can set a minimum commission payout for each affiliate. The affiliate cannot create a payment request if the commission amount is less than this minimum.
- Invoice and Payment Integration: Integrate with the Odoo invoice and payment. Generate an invoice automatically when a commission payment request is approved.
- Report: Report on the effectiveness of the affiliate program and analyze the criteria related to the affiliates instantly.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_affiliate.
- Press Install.

1. Affiliate management app configuration.
- Go to the Affiliate > Configuration > Settings to fulfill basic configurations for the affiliate programs.
- Go to Affiliate > Configuration > Commission Rules > Create to create appropriate commission rules.
2. Create Affiliate codes.
To manage affiliates on your system, you go to Affiliate > Affiliate > Affiliate codes > Create. Each affiliate will be managed with a separate code.
3. Manage commissions and commission payments.
Combine with the viin_affiliate_sale and viin_affiliate_website apps, you can manage your commissions and commission payment status.

4. View analysis report.
Affiliate management software provides reports according to flexible criteria for many management purposes such as analyzing the effectiveness of collaborators and affiliate marketing programs with real-time updates.
