Novamed was established in the context of the increasingly complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, where all company activities needed to be digitized for remote control. The company’s leadership was well aware that applying technology in management from the outset would help the business operate more efficiently.

Before engaging with Viindoo, Novamed had implemented a management system but encountered many issues. The international solution could not meet certain specific needs of Vietnamese businesses, such as the Accounting and HR systems, leading Novamed to use multiple different software, resulting in unsynchronized data and information.
