What it does
Inheriting from the Helpdesk app, the module will create a view on the Website, allowing users to create and submit a ticket.

- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_website_helpdesk.
- Press Install.

Step 1: Use a portal account to create a support ticket on the website.
Step 2: Use an internal account to reply to the ticket from the backend.
Step 3: The reply will appear on the website. The portal user can check and reply again.
Step 4: Check and manage the tickets by selecting Ticket
