Instruction video: Equipment Warranty Partner
Situation
Company A buys a batch of serialized products from a vendor, then sells it to the customer. During the sale process, the product needs to be warranted in a defined period. Therefore, some important information such as vendor, customer, and the expired date of a warranty need to show on the equipment. You need to follow these steps:

Usage
Step 1: Create a new product, Auto-create equipment when receiving products and update the warranty policy for the created product.
Step 2: Create Sales Order and deliver products.
Step 3: Check the information about the sold equipment on Viindoo Warranty app.
Step 4: Update the sales warranty expiration date on Viindoo Maintainance app by navigating to Maintenance > Equipments, and select the sold equipment.
Step 5: Create a maintenance request. On the maintenance requests, you can see the customer if you select the right equipment.
